The Grand Rapids Children's Museum is SO excited to play with you again! As we work through our new procedures, we ask for your patience. Things will look different from your last visit. Visit www.grcm.org to learn more about our safety measures in response to COVID-19.
- Advanced registration is required for entry to GRCM. Check-in times are staggered in 20-minute increments in order to avoid congestion in the lobby area. Please check in for your play session at the planned time.
- Reservations will open for the week every Monday.
- Tuesdays are exclusively open for members-only reservations.
- Capacity will be limited.
- We encourage guests to limit play sessions to 2 hours.
- If you would like to pay in cash, please call 616-234-4726 to reserve.
- GRCM members, login or register BEFORE adding to your cart in order to apply your admission discount.
- To redeem your free pass, gift pass, GoSeeGR pass, or to pay upon arrival, please select the pay upon arrival ticket to reserve your play session. Passes must be turned in at time of arrival.
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE OVER 2 YEARS OF AGE.
- To help protect our youngest guests, it is currently museum policy that all guests ages two and over are required to wear a mask or face covering. Masks must be cloth or disposable medical masks and fully cover the nose and mouth. Medical exemptions, face shields and mesh masks are not accepted. Additional masks are available at the front desk.
- MEMBERS, Please follow the following steps to receive your member admission discount.
- Memberships can be purchased or renewed at www.grcm.org/join.
- Register if you haven’t done so already.
- Sign in.
- Add the amount of member adult, member child (including under 1 yr), and member guest tickets to your cart.
- Click update cart. Your member discount will appear automatically on the next page during the checkout.
- Click check out.
- You have successfully reserved your play time spot! When you arrive at the museum, we will check you in by scanning the ticket on your phone.
- Please reserve a spot for EACH PERSON in your group, including visitors under the age of 1.
- Check your email after registration for your confirmation email and eTickets. Your reservation is not complete until you click "Check Out" AND receive your order number.
- Please email info@grcm.org or call 616.235.4726 to let us know if you are unable to attend your reserved play session for any reason. This may free up space for another family to visit.
- We will be taking temperatures upon entry to the museum. Guests with a temperature higher than 100.4 will be asked to reschedule their play session for another day.
- If you or a family member are sick and/or have symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, like fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sore throat or new loss of sense of smell/taste, please stay home. If you or a member of your household have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus in the last 14 days, or if there is someone in your household who is waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test, please stay home. If you don't feel well for any reason, please stay home. All tickets are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your tickets if needed.

**Please note that by purchasing a ticket you agree to follow all museum policies. The Grand Rapids Children’s Museum requires that anyone entering the facility be free of the following symptoms that are related to the COVID-19 virus including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sore throat, new loss of sense of smell and taste. By purchasing tickets, you confirm that your family/group is not currently experiencing these symptoms prior to your visit. Reschedule your visit by calling 616-235-4726 should any symptoms present themselves before entry. Tickets are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your tickets.
**Failure to comply with any of our COVID-19 policies may result in your group being asked to leave the Museum.

By making a reservation and visiting the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19 in or around the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum for everyone in your group. The Museum reserves the right to disclose the identity and contact information for all guests to government-authorized entities for the purposes of contact tracing as required.
